Yokoyama was founded in 1905 in the middle of Kappabashi Tool Town. We specialize in confectionery items and appliances. We have all sorts of items and appliances for Japanese and Western confectionery and bread baking. Skilled staff are happy to provide expert advice, and we're happy to accept special orders. We have equipment for making cotton candy, popcorn, takoyaki, and rice cakes for events, and kitchen items such as pots and cooking knives.
Isao Yokoyama known as Furoshiki Oji (The prince of Japanese wrapping cloth) is the son of the current owner of Yokoyama, and you may catch him when he comes in for a visit.

  Branding irons are great for manju (popular Japanese buns with bean-paste filling), bread, rolled eggs, wooden and leather products. You can use them as stamps too. We accept special orders for design.

  We sell wooden molds for Japanese confectionery. Select from a wide variety of wooden molds for different purposes such as confectionery with bean-paste filling as well as dry and baked confectionery.

  Cutters

  We have a wide variety of cutters, from small cutters for Japanese confectionery and vegetables to cutters for cookies and biscuits. We also accept special orders.
